This may be the most chocolatey chocolate we have ever tasted!
Generating a lot of positive comment over the summer, we were inspired (thanks D!) to explore an 85 Camino, and to do so as a matter of priority.  
 
After a few tests, we're confident this can't be beat.  A ridiculous 85!  Only 15% sugar it's not sweet, but it's also not bitter, not astringent, flawless!
 
Be decisive or regretful, your call.  Not sure when we will have time to make this again.
