For the shell, we use 3 star, Great-Taste-winning Rocko coffee from Ethiopia, unrefined cane and natural cocoa butter. 3 pure ingredients balanced in our So Woke coffee chocolate.

Chocolate was previously enjoyed as a drink, until Fry's (of Bristol) developed the solid bar format, which is now very popular. We hope the same for coffee!  We haven't drunk a cup for years, far prefer eating it nowadays.
 
The filling is a traditional, delicious and virtuous almond ganache. We use specialty Tuono Almonds, the best we've tasted, freshly roasted at our workshop Anandamide and stoneground for days.   To this decadent filling, we add cumbs of caramelly, biscuity Dutch Stroopwafel.  The experience evolves as the bonbon shell cracks, revealing an indulgent centre that melts away on a tide of coffee and caramel.
