4x Enrobed giant, vegan marshmallows with 60% dark milk chocolate made with official HCP Heirloom cacao from a family farm in The Philippines, studded with organic caramel Stroopwafel, roasted Piedmont Hazelnuts and Dorset-grown organic Russet apple pate de fruit. The Puentespina family have been farming since the 1970's.
The chocolate is a rich and caramelly dark milk chocolate, chewy stroopwafel (a Dutch classic), juicy russet apple pate de fruit, and fresh, crunchy, roasted Piedmont Hazelnuts.

Here we add pieces of Dutch stroopwafel, vegan of course, to our newest dark milk. Stroopwafels, if you don't know, 2 soft chewy waffels are baked with a layer of thick luscious caramel in the sandwich. Lightly spiced with cinnamon and hint of vanilla. The flavour transfer throughout the entire melt.
Our newest dark milk, the Malagos 60 has note of caramel, toffee, chocolate and festive spice. Stoneground with a pinch of pink salt that rounds out and balances the profile. A bar with an easygoing nature!
This origin has been a long-time coming, with conversations pre-covid in 2019, just a few months before the HCP status for this cacao was announced. We're finally very pleased to unveil the first look at this new origin!
Expect a slow melt and a balanced comforting chocolatey base with loads going on.

Rex and the family Puentespina supply true-to-type genetic material, including heirloom-designated clones. On their farms grow Trinitario clones — a cross between the Criollo and Forastero varieties, specifically and predominantly the BR 25, PBC 123, and the coveted UF 18 variety. These beans are widely considered fine-flavor beans. Their planting materials are certified by the Philippines’s Bureau of Plant Industry - National Seed Industry Council. For decades this farm this farm takes pride in the consistent implementation of good agricultural processes for a better society.
