Very high scoring product in the ICA's European Chocolatier Competition.
This chocolate is made with our multiple award winning chocolate (Great Taste **, International Chocolate Awards) and our multiple award winning hazelnut filling (Silver at the Academy of Chocolate and the International Chocolate Awards)! Both have been separately awarded and it was about time that we united these wonderful products into one bonbon!
The shell is 65% coconut dark milk, Gran Palo Blanco, Piura, Peru. The filling is made from the same Gran Palo cacao, then patiently stoneground together with roasted Italian Piedmont hazelnuts to a melt in the mouth consistency.
The box contains 12 bonbons
Taste notes are chocolate, malt notes from the chocolate, roasted Piedmont hazelnuts
